Former Olympic biathlete Tracy Barnes is on the show to tell us about her journey into 3 Gun and how her competitive background had prepared her to compete in practical shooting. Tracy gives a lot of tactical advice on how to up your performance including how to maintain your mental focus to avoid penalties when there is a giant crowd of Germans screaming at you, controlling your breathing and other aspects of your physical body and putting together a training plan for success.
Then we get into a new project that Tracy has been working on, Check Outside, which gives you the resources to try out expensive 3-Gun, hunting and outdoor gear before you make a buying decision. This ensures you get the best product that fits you and your game.

- “With Check Outside our goal is to help people get into and take part in outdoor sports. Most outdoor sports come with a hefty price tag. If we can help people to have great equipment at an affordable price, then we’ve helped people to enjoy the outdoors a little more and that’s something we’re proud of. The Outdoors are great release from our hectic lives, whether it’s 3 gun, camping, hunting, or whatever. We want to make the outdoors more affordable and let people have the opportunity to try out and use incredible gear and enjoy everything outdoors. “
